How quickly will my order be delivered?
Once your order comes through, the required products are prepared and packed for shipment every Monday (once a week to avoid long storage in the couriers warehouses). We mainly use FedEx courier services with delivery in a maximum of 4 working days.

What are your Shipping rates?
Shipping rates are based on weight and delivery destination. In the following table you find the average rates. The exact rate is calculated at the checkout, when you select your country in the billing details, before the payment.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately our products can not be delivered with this service. Should you require faster delivery than that offered by the standard courier shipping service (see above) or to countries not listed in our shop, please contact us.

Do you deliver worldwide?
We are happy to discuss shipping requirements to the USA, Asia, Australia and the rest of the world. Should you wish to place an order for delivery to these countries, please contact us.

Can I leave special delivery instructions?
Yes. You can add a note for us to pass on to the courier, during checkout.

What happens if I miss the courier?
Generally speaking, a courier will make two attempts to deliver your package. Please always insert in the order a complete phone number where you can be reached by the courier in case of delivery problems. Always please insert al useful information to avoid confusing addresses. In case of impossible delivery due to problems not depending on our company, the courier will return the box to us. In this case no refund will be due. For more details please read our Terms and Conditions.

Can you help with customs?
We can help with your paperwork for customs within reason. All paperwork for a shipment to your delivery address will be completed thoroughly, but if you need assistance with onward shipping from that address, please contact us, we will do what we can to help.

Will I be asked to pay any further costs?
International orders may be subject to further tariffs such as customs duties, customs levies or local tax. These fees are not the responsibility of our company so please contact us before the order if you are unsure about your local regulations.
